Da Gioia’s pebbled private beach has the bluest, clearest water imaginable. The beach is surrounded by beautiful historical buildings, but the star attraction is the Faraglioni Rocks. The best time to visit Da Gioia is from the morning until early afternoon before the sun disappears behind the mountains.
GETTING THERE
Take the local town bus of an open air taxi from Capri town or walk the Via Mulo, a scenic old path that leads to the beach in just 20 minutes

Da Gioia has a snack bar for beachgoers and an overwater terrace restaurant for the lunching crowd. The menu features delicious fresh seafood and local specialities, like fisherman’s risotto and perfectly-prepared Caprese salads. Open daily for lunch and Friday - Sunday in the summer months.
